6.1 Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled up to 3 days before the delivery date. Within 3 days of delivery, cancellations are not allowed as our farmers will have already begun preparing the products based on your order.
6.2 Returns After Delivery: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unopened and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please submit a return request online. Approved returns must be promptly delivered to the Auyea Experience Shop at the following address: 501 High St Rd, Mount Waverley, VIC 3149.
6.3 Fresh Produce Disclaimer: Most of our products are fresh, perishable items such as fruits and vegetables, which are inherently delicate and may occasionally have minor imperfections. While we take every measure to ensure quality, minor bruising or natural imperfections are common and not considered grounds for return.
